Cramlington Juniors were promoted as champions to the North East Regional League, but with sixteen teams entering the league, the competition is split into two divisions.
The eight highest finishing remaining clubs from last year form the Premiership, with the rest and the six newcomers playing in the Championship.
Gosforth Bohemians have changed their name to Percy Main, while the new sides on board are from Ashington, Newcastle East End, Ponteland, Wallsend Boys Club, Wallsend Town and Whitley Bay's Development team.
The league commences on August 30th, with the winners of the Championship trading places with the bottom team in the Premiership, at the end of the season.
