Prospective candidates should be commited to developing the next generation of coaches and will also be reliable and committed to the County FA. They will also be required to possess the following:
Essential:
Hold UEFA B / Level 3 Licence in Coaching (for a minimum of 2 years)
Valid Emergency Aid /Child Protection Certificates
In date Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure
Have an understanding of the FA's Long Term Player Development Programme (LTPD) and "Coaching Players - A New Approach"
Experience of working with players aged 6-14 years
Desirable:
Generic Tutor Training Certificate
Previous tutoring experience
