We’re delighted to welcome Dean Buckle to the role of Head of Compliance and Inclusion at Northumberland FA from Monday 27 September

 A former building society manager, Dean has wide leadership experience and a wealth of knowledge of operational and risk management, alongside experience of delivering customer service excellence.

 After starting his career at Newcastle Building Society he was appointed into a Branch Manager role at the age of 23. He later joined Nationwide Building Society where he has held a range of managerial roles across the business.

 Dean said: “I’m really passionate about football. I spent three years as a youth coach Cramlington Juniors and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

 “I’m very much looking forward to my new role and getting to know the grassroots community.”  

 NFA’s Executive Officer, Andrew Rose-Cook, added: “With his wide ranging business and risk management experience, Dean will be a great addition to the organisation and he will be crucial to the delivery of our newly launched three year strategy.”
