Northumberland Referees' Association Golf Tournament
Northumberland Referees’ Association is hosting its annual golf tournament on Sunday 3 July at Longhirst Golf Club.
This will be played in memory of the late PC David Rathband, who was a level four referee affiliated with Northumberland FA.
The event will also support the David Rathband Blue Lamp Foundation, which raises money to provide support to aid physical and emotional wellbeing for Emergency Services personnel who have been injured in the line of duty.
Entry costs £30 per player, with a Northumberland Referee’s Association and a Rest of the World Team set to go head-to-head.
The tournament starts at 10:00am, and participants will receive coffee and a bacon roll on arrival, play 18 holes of golf and also be cooked a post-round meal.
