This series focuses on 1-v-1 drills that incorporate a range of skill-based attacking and defending scenarios for players to improve their awareness, confidence and ability.
In this particular drill, both players begin on the opposite side line to the coach. The ball is played anywhere into one team’s half. That player’s job is to control the ball, face up their opponent and score in their allocated goal. This drill tests ball control, dribbling and shooting accuracy. Stay tuned for the next in the series!
