We know that players sometimes drop out of football in their teens – we want to understand why so we can keep them playing.

We'd love the views of as many teenage players as possible, so we understand why you enjoy playing football, and what might prompt you to quit.

Perhaps school work takes over, or you find that training and matches take up to much time. Maybe you'd prefer to play when you want, rather than being tied to matches every weekend.
