Affiliation fees reduced

Northumberland FA announces 75% reduction to help clubs in the aftermath of Coronavirus crisis

A message from our Acting Chief Executive, Andrew Rose-Cook:

I hope that you and your families are all safe and healthy in these challenging times.

Obviously we are all disappointed that football is still suspended and I am sure that you, like us, are looking forward to getting the game up and running as soon as it is safe.

Once further guidance has been issued by the Government and The FA, we will be in a better position to understand how this might work in practice, and also to consider whether our County Cups competitions can be completed.

Once we have the go-ahead to re-start football I know that everyone will want to get going as soon as possible. Ensuring that clubs are affiliated will help us to do that, and we are therefore opening our affiliation window on Monday 1 June.

We know that many of you will have been impacted financially by the suspension of football and we are delighted to announce that we will be heavily subsidising affiliation this season.  We are able to offer a 75% reduction in affiliation fees thanks to funding we’ve received from The FA and Sport England.

This year’s fees will be:
