Join us for a range of educational opportunities available covering coach development, female coach education and first aid.
This weekend is the traditional ‘blackout’ period at the end of half term for Central Venues as previously advised by Northumberland Football Leagues.
Any coaches from U11 teams or over (and do not play at central venues with Northumberland Football Leagues) who wish to take part will be given dispensation by Northumberland Football Leagues and their matches rearranged.
Email Secretary@NFLeague.co.uk as soon as you have booked onto the relevant course to apply for your fixture to be rearranged.
Lionesses coach development programme - Skills, Tactics and Understanding

The Lionesses Coach Development programme will target and provide female coaches with a twinned objective of improving coach and player development and better connecting female coaches here in Northumberland County. Join FA Coach Developers Lloyd Miller and Suey Smith for this workshop.
All attending coaches will receive 2 hours of accredited CPD hours towards their coaching licence for each workshop that they attend.
These hours will be added to each coach’s FAN number after each workshop by FA England Learning.
Wildcats CPD

Join Lloyd Miller and Mark Hedley (Community Champion, Wildcats and Girls) for this event which will provide an opportunity for coaches delivering on the FA programme to observe best practice and multiple different sessions' ideas for the 5-11 years programme.
Emergency First Aid in Football

The overall aim of our Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF) course is to raise the standard of first aid provision within football. It goes beyond generic first aid and includes elements specific to football.

The 2-hour workshop will be delivered by FA Coach Developers Pav Singh & Suey Smith. The workshop will be a mix of Practical & theory. The event follows on from our previous England Learning workshop Progressing on the Pitch. Pav & Suey will cover how to know your players better, know their game as well as coaching practices & behaviours. If you have aspirations to progress to your UEFA C this workshop will help support your development.
